Returns and Withdrawal

For online orders, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For personalized or custom-made items, the right of withdrawal may be excluded where legally permitted. Statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain unaffected.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement. You may use email or instagram.

Effects of Withdrawal

IIf you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that we informed you of this before the contract was concluded. In the case of justified warranty claims, we will bear the return costs in accordance with applicable law.
